The former Arsenal and Cardiff midfielder, who currently represents Pumas UNAM in Mexico City, stated that Halo was spotted in a Mexican town, located in the Guanajuato region.
Halo, who disappeared on October 9th, was wearing a tracking device, and the footballer posted a map pinpoint of the spot she vanished from.

Initial Reward and Heartfelt Appeals
Ramsey first revealed that Halo had vanished 14 days prior and has subsequently posted multiple images of the adored canine on his social media account.
A seven thousand five hundred pound incentive was originally offered, but with no news on Halo's status after a seven days, Ramsey and his family raised the amount.
"We just want our pet returned," he stated in an additional appeal on his online platforms after the elderly pet went missing.
The latest image post is a monochrome snapshot of Halo snoozing, her head lying in the crook of the athlete's arm, with the caption: "What I wouldn't give to cuddle you once more sweet Halo."
Household's Concerns and Background
The footballer has also circulated a note from his wife Colleen on online channels saying they have several "important questions" about the incident and are concerned the family "may never receive answers".
